This package is ideal for couples with a clear vision for their wedding day who have started planning, but would appreciate professional guidance along the way. Typically starting six to nine months before your big day, it includes all the coordination services from our Event Management package, plus personalized planning support to help you navigate key decisions and design details.

Here’s what’s included:

From Contract Signing:
·  Email support from your planner
·  Access to online planning checklist, guides, and tools via our online planning software
·  Vendor recommendations based on your budget and style
·  Vendor availability checks
·  Design consultation
·  Recommendations for sourcing tables, linens, chairs, and decor
·  Creation of your full day-of timeline
·  Creation of floor plans for both ceremony and reception
·  Two additional planning meetings
·  Guidance and recommendations for planning a sustainable event

Six Weeks Before Your Wedding:
·  Three planning meetings; including a final venue walk-through
·  Creation and distribution of a “VIP” timeline for you, your wedding party, family, and other VIPs
·  Vendor communication takeover, including final confirmations and timeline distribution
·  Email support for your family or friend officiant
·  One hour ceremony rehearsal management

On Your Wedding Day:
·  11 hours of onsite coordination services from lead planner (assistant included for weddings over 100 guests)
·  Coordination of the ceremony and reception according to your timeline
·  Point of contact for all vendors
·  Setup of special items (guestbook, toasting flutes, place cards, etc)
·  Distribution of gratuities to vendors
·  Coordination of collecting and securing cards, gifts, and special items at the end of the night
·  Oversight and assistance with setup and teardown (if full setup/teardown services are not booked)
·  Access to a fully stocked wedding day emergency kit
